CJH Property Management Ltd was established in 2016 by Curtis Howarth, a former painter and decorator from Rochdale.
After qualifying as a painter and decorator at the highest level, which includes processes such as graining, ageing and marbling, Curtis went on to carry out his trade throughout England & Scotland for many years.
Curtis then moved to Spain where he qualified as a plumber and an electrician before purchasing his first plot of land.
The first project was to gain planning for this green belt site to be converted into 52 affordable new homes. This was finally achieved and the land was sold to a larger developer to carry out the regeneration / development. After the success with this first acquisition Curtis set up CJH Property Management Ltd.
The first project for CJH Property Management Ltd was a sound investment in a run down office building in Rochdale Town Centre. The site was purchased just prior to the announcement of the regeneration of Rochdale Town Centre by the local authorities. Once partial change of use of this building had been granted, the works commenced to convert the building into a lovely ground floor salon with two apartments above.
These works were completed under very strict rules from the local authority’s building control. The salon and apartments are now rented out to long term happy clients.
CJH Property Management Ltd have since gone on to build a good, reliable team of tradespeople that can complete projects of all sizes to the highest standard. On top of this we manage our clients’ expectations and deliver on time, every time.
The company now owns and manages a number of both residential and commercial properties throughout Greater Manchester and their aim is to build a substantial portfolio both in England and Spain. This portfolio will consist of commercial and residential properties to rent and occasionally buy, with holidays let in the warmer climates.
